How far in advance should I book?
We always recommend booking as early as possible to secure your desired date.
Why cant you purchase the alcohol for my event?
Due to Tennessee law, we cannot sell alcohol. We are a dry hire service, meaning we provides the rental of a bar setup, bartenders, mixers, and garnishes; this does not include alcohol. However, we are insured and licensed to serve at events where drinks are provided to guests. We are here to help you create a shopping list tailored to your event needs.
Can you host a cash bar?
Unfortunately, no we cannot host a cash bar.
What if it rains on our event day?
We heard that's good luck! No need to fear, we have a canopy to cover our set up if need be. We however book events in such advance that we may not be able to accommodate a rain date.
What do I need to provide for your bar set up?
Besides the alcohol, we require flat ground, clear space and time for set up and break down, and two standard outlets (if applicable). We can add a generator to your package if you don't have access to electricity.
Do you only serve alcohol?
No! We do mocktails too! Contact us today for a personally curated drink menu!
Will you travel to my event?
Yes, we are mobile to better serve you! Reach out so we can discuss the details on your event location.
What is your payment and refund policy?
A 50% Deposit is required to book your event at time of reservation. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to your event date. Cancellations made within 60 days of the scheduled event date will not receive a refund of the deposit.
